HR candidate “sun” screening
Founders Michael & Morten used the perfect spring weather in 2018 to brainstorm about how to best create a candidate screening tool that they themselves would actually use. Serious stuff, as you can see. 😉
They knew from experience that evaluating whether a candidate has the necessary skills was the easy part. However, knowing a candidate’s personality, values and culture before deciding who to invite for interviews, see that would be a big advantage.
If you could even do it automatically so you could rank all candidates based on how good they match the job (with their personality and skills) and the organization (with their values and cultural preferences) – well, then it would be hard to stop clapping. 😉
Quite a few road trips to visit potential customers was also taken. Input that was needed to make sure the solution was developed with the end customer in mind all the way.
